Burrata e Prosciutto - Burrata cheese from Puglia on top of sliced prosciutto di Parma and little greens as garnish
Frisella Pugliese - Two pieces of special double-backed semolina bread topped with whipped burrata, local plums, and finely cut basil
Bufala e Cachi - buffalo mozzarella on a bed of persimmons, mixed salad and radish, and an orange dressing on top of it.
Marcherita Pizza - Thin and round-shaped pizza margherita, with a red sauce base, topped with mozzarella fior di latte and pieces of basil.

Paccheri Funghi e Salsiccia - Large rigatoni tube pasta, with creamy sauce based on truffle paste, pieces of pork sausage, mushrooms, and garnished with Parmesan Reggiano
Polpette - Round dish with three big meatballs. Everything in red sauce, topped with Parmesan cheese and a side of homemade bread.
Pacheri alle Melanzane - large tube-shaped pasta, in light yellow sauce, smoked melted mozzarella, pieces of eggplant, and cherry tomatoes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and green broccoli rabe paste.
Eggplant Parmigiana - long-sliced eggplant layered with red sauce. Topped with mozzarella fior di latte and Parmesan cheese. A light touch of green basil on top.
Puccia Pugliese - golden pizza dough shaped like a sandwich, spongy inside and a nice golden crust on the outside. Filled with melted mozzarella, eggplant, red bell pepper, and artichokes. Everything is on a bed of arugula.
Crostata di visciole - dessert slice in triangular shape, soft and fragrant crust with ricotta cream custard, topped with sour cherries Maraschino from Italy.
Tiramisu - Dessert served in a round ramekin, with yellowish mascarpone cream topped with chocolate nibs and dark green creamy pistachio.
